Tongan flag-bearer, Pita Taufatofua outshone his spectacular arrival at the 2016 Rio Olympics with another dramatic walk at the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games. Taufatofua, after spending only 12 weeks on snow in his life, was Tonga’s only athlete at the Games competing in the Men’s 15km freestyle cross-country event.
