In the Men’s Dinghy, Fiji’s Viliame Ratului competed fiercely, completing eight races, and accumulating a total of 283 net points, placing him 43rd. Eroni Leilua from Samoa also showcased his skills, finishing in 42nd place with 274 net points after eight races.
The Women’s Dinghy events featured strong efforts from Fiji’s Sophia Morgan and Samoa’s Vaimooia Ripley. Morgan ended the day in 37th place with 228 net points after eight races, demonstrating consistency and resilience. Ripley, facing stiff competition, finished in 42nd place with 282 net points.
As the competitions continue, our athletes remain focused and committed to representing their nations as they enter the last week of competitions at Paris 2024.
