Fresh from a productive Pre-Games Training Camp in Divonne-les-Bains, athletes and officials from American Samoa, Cook Islands, FSM, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Palau, Solomon Islands, and Tuvalu have joined Team Oceania in Paris, bringing their enthusiasm and determination to the heart of the Games.
In total, 32 athletes and officials from Divonne arrived in the village, capping off an intensive and rewarding training camp. Now, nearly all the team members have arrived, with just a few athletes yet to join Team Oceania in Paris.
Team Nauru's lone athlete, Winzar Kakiouea, also made his entry into the Village, accompanied by his Chef de Mission and coach.
Upon arrival, the athletes received their Games accreditation and settled into the Oceania Warriors Building, a home for over 200 athletes and entourage members from Oceania. They join more than 14,000 athletes and officials in the expansive Olympic Village, which spans over 128 acres and includes 82 buildings.
The Oceania Warriors are eager and well-prepared for the Opening Ceremony and competition ahead. Their spirits are high as they anticipate the competitions in the coming days, ready to represent their nations with pride and determination.
